- A Windows PC running Windows 2000™ or newer
- A Palm Powered™ handheld running Palm OS® version 3.1 or higher
- A Palm HotSync® cradle (included with most devices)
- A Pocket PC® handheld with an Intel or ARM CPU, running Pocket PC® OS version 2000 or higher
- A Pocket PC® ActiveSync® cradle (included with most devices)
- A Barcode Scanner to speed receiving (Optional)
