Yes, SNTIR will send email notifications based on your preferences. It requires a SMTP server in order to send emails. If you do not have access to one or need help finding one, ask your local IT support if they have one available. You will need to configure it with the in the 'Tools' menu. We also provide a SMTP service for a small monthly fee based on the number of emails notifications you send. In order to use our service your computer will need to access the our SMTP servers via the internet.

We have fully tested our Palm OS Device software with models as old as the Palm IIIe and as well as the latest models being sold today. A device with 1MB of available RAM will allow you to capture signatures for up to 100 items! Of course the newer color devices look much nicer and have backlit screens that make it easier to see.
